Terms and Conditions
Boot Camp Terms and Conditions
- New clients must read and sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), a Waiver of Liability and a Cancellation and Refund Policy agreement (see bottom of page for download)
- Clients must use their 12 boot camp sessions within 6 weeks of starting the boot camp
- Clients must cancel their boot camp session no less than 24 hours prior to the session or it will count towards their 12 session package
- If your boot camp trainer falls ill or is unable to instruct the session, the session will be cancelled and rescheduled unless a replacement trainer can be found
- The session will be deemed to have begun at the prearranged session time. Any lost time due to late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session
- Emergency cancellations will be treated at the discretion of the boot camp trainer

Print out our Liability and PAR-Q form, fill it out, and bring it in for your first visit.
